Daily Use: Apply Cactus Oil to locks & twist and massage scalp for three minutes.

Hot Oil Treatment: Place Cactus Oil bottle into container of warm water. Apply to locks and scalp. Massage evenly with a moist towel for 5 minutes or place plastic cap over locks and sit under dryer for 3 minutes Rinse optional.
